Shipping method, transport and delivery

Orders are sent within 24 hours after receiving the purchase order, once product availability has been confirmed. In the event of stock out, delivery will depend mainly on the suppliers’ lead time confirmation for each item. There are mainly two shipping methods: for standard shipping, a courier service is used with delivery in the next 14 hours after shipment has been made; for heavier goods (more than 10 kg weight or 50 cm3 volume), estimated delivery takes place in 48 hours after shipment has been made. In any of the two cases, it should be noted that these lead times consider working days both in origin and destination.

Transport cost is included in the invoice. If you prefer to use your own courier or transport agency, we kindly ask you to inform us when placing the purchase order.

The transport method used does not include any kind of insurance. In case you wish to insure the material, please inform us before placing the order.

Each order is introduced individually in our system. If you wish to group several orders in one delivery, you will need to inform us in advance. In the case that the order has been already processed, additional costs may incur, so it is important that you place several orders at a time in order to optimize transport costs.

INTERNATIONAL deliveries have an additional cost of 100 €. After confirmation of exact excise duties, taxes or any related costs (when applicable), a credit note will be issued to the customer with the difference between cost invoiced and final costs.
