Terms and Conditions

These general terms and conditions are strictly applicable to all sales both for products and services made via and to all Users.

Every order placed to is subject to the strict acceptance, without any exception, of the General Terms and Conditions described above. The Terms and Conditions that apply to the orders are those valid at the moment of placing the order. In addition, the customer acknowledges that the acceptance of these conditions imply the application not only for the current order, but for all the following ones, otherwise indicated. In the event of any changes in those Terms and Conditions, customers will be informed. The fact that for some reason does not follow these terms and conditions at a certain time could not be interpreted as a refusal for their validity in the past or future businesses.

The interpretation and execution of these conditions, as well as any other related consequences of their application, will be subject to Spanish Law, with the exception of those cases were public policy provisions applies.


The currency on prices listed in is the Euro. All prices are valid unless typing errors. All prices do not include VAT. It will be added when processing the order. Any changes in taxes will be applied automatically on the final sale price.

The offers on products will be showed in the “Offers” section indicated in every product card. These offers will be valid, otherwise indicated, while displayed on the screen.

Cancellation and Returning Policies

Material Return

Our policy, in compliance with the regulations in force, is to give the Customer the possibility to return any material purchased to Elevator Parts, S.L. in within 7 days after product receipt. Conditions are described below.

If the purchased products were in our stock, the customer will be able to return them, provided that they are in the original packaging, sealed and in perfect conditions. Transport costs both for the delivery to the customer address and back to the warehouse will be at customer expense.

If the product has been specifically purchased to our suppliers on behalf of the customer, the material returning will depend on our suppliers’ conditions. In any case, the Customer of Elevator Parts, S.L. will have to pay for any costs generated, as well as for the delivery and returning transport costs.

Before returning the material, you will need to inform Customer Service and wait for the approval.

If the reason for returning is that the material is defective or it does not correspond to what you originally requested, Elevator Parts, S.L. will pay for the cost of returning material and the cost of the new delivery.

Order cancellation

If the order is cancelled before the material has left the warehouse, the customer will not be charged for the cancellation. In case that the order is cancelled once the material has been shipped, the customer will need to pay for the delivery as well as the returning cost. In addition, those clauses described in the previous point will also be applicable.

Any other situation that is not covered above will be resolved taking into account both the legislation in place and the best conditions for the costumer.
